Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 

Events with live music or sound equipment and/or DJs are not allowed. 

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. 

It is not allowed to use the living room as a bedroom.

It is not allowed to use the grass area to play with balls.

Events are not permitted without written consent. The schedule of these events must be subject to quiet hours and the maximum capacity is 35 people. 

Advertising photography is not permitted without written consent. 

Visitors are not allowed without written consent. Maximum number of visitors per group is 4. 

Visiting hours from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Glass is not allowed in pool area. 

At the time of booking, all guests are subject to compliance of the house rules. The administration reserves the right to continue accommodating any guest who does not comply with the house rules.
